Description: Resin-Form Birch panels are coated with a smooth and wear resistant phenolic film. Panels are used for concreate formwork. Standard color is dark brown/black. Water resistant. Resistant to weak alkalis. 

The product can be supplied in special colors, however special colors are not recommended for concrete formwork. Colors are well suited for interior decoration in buildings and the interior lining of delivery vans. 

General Product Information: 

Product Uses: Phenolic coated panels can be used for concrete formwork where high requirements are set in the concrete surface. Boards can be reused for a number of times. Direct exposure to sunlight may accelerate the aging and color alteration of the surface. 

Bonding: Phenolic resin glue. Coating 120g/m2 (standard).

Edge protection: Acrylic-based paint.

Sizing: 4x8: 48"x96"

Installation Instructions: 

• -cover the panels to protect from direct sunshine and rain. 
• -seal all cut edges. 
• - use good quality form oil. 
• - seal screw holes with silicone to reduce moisture absorption
• - clean the panels carefully after each use. 
• - handle panels with care to get the maximum reuse
